We started DreamMaker Homes in 1999. We decided that working from our home would allow us to showcase what we do in a personal setting. It also allows us to offer the best possible pricing to our customers. In many cases we are less expensive then our competition. We don't have a sales lot therefore we don't have the overhead costs that many of our competitors do. This allows us to pass those savings along to our customers.
My husband and I have had 18 years of experience building together. Prior to relocating to Huntingdon County my husband had 20+ years of experience building in the Harrisburg area. My husband has served on the board for the Raystown Builder's Association for over 12 years and was active on the state level as well.
In our 18 years in business we have built nearly 220 homes. We have built small starter homes, retirement homes, handicap accessible homes, second homes, lakeside cabins and expansive dream homes. We will work with you to meet your budget and help you stay on track. We believe that there should not be any surprises in the building process. We will help you identify any "hidden" costs that you may encounter with other builders so that you can have a smooth completion to your project while staying within your budget.
